CAN'T SEE MY NFTS

If some of your NFTs does not shows up here but does appears in your Wax wallet, it means that you hold and own them but the NBM system does not recognize them yet. It happens time to time when the NFTs status aren't properly updated (i.e. blockchain issue etc.).

To fix that, use the Asset Search NBM tool which is made to force the system to update the NFTs informations such as the status and owner.

Where and how

1) Click on the Asset Search NBM tool or find it by scrolling threw the homepage.

2) Enter the NFT asset ID then hit the search button. Only one NFT can be updated at a time.

2.1) If you don't know the asset ID of your NFT, you can use any known WAX marketplace such as Atomic hub, neftyblocks or nfthive, connect to it and search threw your wallet for the particular not showing NFT. Found the NFT ID and copy past it to the Asset Search tool.

3) Now verify the owner is yourself and the status matching the NFT in game state. Then check now if you can see your NFT in game threw My Cards or Pack Opening.
