Collecting materials in Shadow Depths

Currently, around 50 materials can be discovered and collected in Shadow Depths. Materials collected in Shadow Depths can be used to craft items in the game, improve gear, and more.

However, it is not possible to directly use Shadow Depths materials in Alchemy.

Materials collected in Shadow Depths must be compressed using the Alchemy Lab located in each player Shuttle before they are Alchemy compatible. Generally, 50 units of a Shadow Depths material need to be compressed into 1 unit of Alchemy material.

For example, 50 Green Molds collected in Shadow Depths can be compressed into 1 Mold Blend that can be used in Alchemy.

Therefore, it is up to each player to decide if they want to keep their materials within Shadow Depths or unlock the Alchemy Lab and use it to create Alchemy-compatible materials.

If a player compresses 50 Shadow Depths materials into an Alchemy material, the created material is considered as Discovered.
