Elara is the smallest moon in the entire Arcadian system. It is so minuscule that it possesses almost no gravity, completing its orbit around Pagos in about one day and maintaining an extremely thin atmosphere. In fact, Elara is so peculiar that it took the scientific community over a week to confirm its status as a moon. This uncertainty arose because of Elara's unusual characteristics. However, after observing that Pagos adheres to all of Kepler's laws and has cleared any other objects of similar size near its orbit, scientists concluded that Elara is indeed the moon of Pagos.
